Diffusion accelerator with excellent levelling and good dispersing effects for dyeing PES fibres under HT-conditions
Diffusion accelerator BM accelerates the diffusion of dispersed dyestuffs into the fibre and thus the desired depth of shade is achieved faster with superior penetration.
The dye accelerating and high levelling/migrating properties of BM allow at the usual dyeing temperature of 130 °C in many cases a shortening of the dyeing time of up to 30 % or at standard dyeing times a reduction in the dyeing temperature by 5 - 10 °C.
It is highly recommending Diffusion accelerator BM for the dyeing of PES/WO blends, PES/lycra at 120 °C. The levelling and diffusion accelerating properties of the product allow a shortening of the dyeing time at 120 °C, thus contributing to protection of wool and lycra blends.
In most cases, when dyeing with BM the application of a special dispersing agent is not necessary.
