Antiozo AO ozone yellowing inhibitor  is used to avoid the fading caused by photo-oxidative fading eg.  ozone O3 , NOx, burn gas fume,  noxious gases, specific designed for  Indigo dyed demins (Jeans).  

Antiozo AO can also prevent the oxidative fading from the the NOx, burn gas fume during hot stentering. 
 

Antiozo AO is 100% active is less dosage but effective, it is not the amine based antiozonate softener, from which excess dosage on the surface leads to a clammy, tacky feel and will yellow severely when dried 

Applications:
Add to the last rinse : 2 - 3  %  Antioz AO
Set at pH 5-6 by adding approx. 0.5. ml/l acetic acid, 
Bath temperature:  40-50 °C
Treatment time:  15 min, 
Liquor ratio:  1:5-8

Remark: Antioz AO   improves the rating by 1.0 - 1.5 points (on exposure to 2 ozone cycles). The normal acceptable rating for ozone fade resistance is 3.0 - 3.5, after 2-ozone cycles.
